You acknowledge that the Services provided by Navitime may be restricted or disenabled because of your Device’s ability to receive an electromagnetic wave and other functional limitations. You acknowledge that you may not sometimes receive all or some part of the Services.

NAVITIME SUGGESTS THAT YOU DO NOT USE THE SERVICES IN ORDER TO FIND OR LOCATE A HOSPITAL OR ANY OTHER FACILITY FOR THE PURPOSES OF OBTAINING EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE NAVIGATION CONTENTS DO NOT INCLUDE ALL POLICE STATIONS, FIRE STATIONS, MEDICAL FACILITIES, ETC. AND THAT ANY INFORMATION REGARDING POLICE STATIONS, FIRE STATIONS, MEDICAL FACILITIES, ETC. CONTAINED IN THE NAVIGATION CONTENTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE.
